Magesh Thiyagarajan

Mahendra, also known as Magesh, brings over two decades of people management experience in diverse fields. He currently heads the HR and Operations of Vy Ventures. He is one of the veterans who rose to a leadership role growing steadily with us from an entry-level internship position.

Magesh has been instrumental in setting up and operationally aligning multiple teams in very short timeframes. He excels at evolving hiring strategies, operations management, and software training. He is passionate about working for employee empowerment & motivating them to develop as a well-rounded professional.
